When I looked at the menu in the Big Wave Cafe in Manzanita, Oregon, I was not expecting to find such an unusual choice as this Stuffed French Toast — two thick slices of French Toast with a rich portion of house-made raspberry sauce and ricotta cheese sandwiched in between them. It was unique and yummy, and very unexpected.
